编译
>> 保证 setuptools, wheel 是最新的版本
python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade setuptools wheel
>> 在setup.py的同级目录下 执行：
python3 setup.py sdist bdist_wheel
在test PyPi 中测试上传
注册
测试上传
python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade twine
python3 -m pip install --user --upgrade twine
正式上传， 类似测试上传
更新版本
修改 setup.py 中的 version
重新上传
python setup.py sdist bdist_wheel
twine upload dist\lucky_choice_jinli_v1-0.0.3*
更新本地module版本
pip install --upgrade lucky_choice_jinli
